It was a pleasure speaking with you on Friday concerning
the upcoming Austin Food &Wine Festival Event from April
27th, 2011 through April 29th,
2011. We appreciate the invitation for this proposal and
the opportunity to provide our expertise to assure you
and the dealership a successful and pleasant event. As
we discussed, Carey is all about partnerships. Our main
goal is building long term relationships with our
clients and ultimately gaining your trust and obtaining
referrals.
As Central Texas‘ oldest and largest livery service,

expectation. We go the extra mile to deliver exceptional
attention to detail, ensuring that you and your clients
will experience transportation to and from their
destinations, during the entire event, a worry free
experience, with
confidence, safety, and comfort...ending in great
customer satisfaction.
Based on our years of experience, we have found
this type of event can be a bit complex when you have a
car sponsor that is considering “Driver -Volunteers”
in lieu of "Certified Chauffeurs". We find the difference
between the two personas to have a huge impact upon the
client’s experiences and good customer service
satisfaction. We contribute the difference to Carey’s
"Brand of Standards" which employs chauffeurs that are
experts in areas such as: “Law of the Land”, Airport
Protocol, Vehicle Staging, Greeting, and non-disclosure etiquette
(Talent), (to name a few). There are so many
rules and permits, not to mention situations that can
occur when we are not in control; we find it difficult
to guarantee success. Incidents,such as a traffic jams,
flight changes, accidents, without expertise involved, can
be a setup for failure…causing the client undue duress
and ultimately dissatisfaction. Carey chauffeurs
are trained to respond with our “quality assurance
program” and have pro-active communication with our Dispatch
Center and Coordinators, eliminating issues before they
become incidents.
After visiting with you and getting a better
understanding of your needs, we feel based on our
experience, it is best for us to propose the following
to assure your needs are met and you experience a
successful event. Please review this turn key proposal
which is broken down into three components compiled of
Transportation Event - Management, Fleet Management
Services, and Chauffeur Services. Since this event is
scheduled during the busiest time of the season for Livery services, we want to assure you our
availability, we would like to help in any way to
